Shipping and Delivery Policy



1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., printed mugs, t-shirts, cushions) are made-to-order and require additional processing time of 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping and Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your products in a timely manner:

  • Standard delivery: 5–8 business days (metro cities)

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on product type, customization, delivery location, and courier service availability.

Note: Delays may occur due to high demand, courier delays, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • We may offer free shipping on promotional orders or above certain cart values. Details of such offers will be mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment through the link provided or contact our customer support for assistance.

5. Delivery Address and Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipment can be arranged at an additional cost borne by the customer.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report the issue to us within 1 day of delivery at support@thehcacstore.com along with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the product and outer packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

After review, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return and Exchange Policy.

7. Delivery of Customized Products

  • All customized items are made-to-order and non-returnable/non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

  • Please ensure all customization details (text, colors, images, etc.) are carefully reviewed before placing the order.

  • Delivery of customized products may take 7–10 business days depending on complexity and location.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
