Returns and Exchange Policy


We at The HCAC Store strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our Returns and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is raised within 2 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and accessories

Note: Customized or personalized products (e.g., printed mugs, t-shirts, cushions) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except if they are received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To raise a return or exchange request, please:

  1. Email us at support@thehcacstore.com within 2 days of delivery

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Photographs or video of the product and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue (damage/defect/incorrect item)

Our team will review the request and respond with further instructions.

3. Return Approval and Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will be guided on how to return the product to us

  • The item must be returned in unused condition and securely packed

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your:

    • Exchange: for the same item or another eligible product

    • Refund: if exchange is not possible or upon request (as per our Refund Policy)

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products, unless damaged or incorrect

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Requests raised after 2 days of delivery

5. Important Notes

  • Please do not return any product without prior approval and instructions from our support team

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return transit. Please ensure the item is packed securely
