Cancellation and Refund Policy


At The HCAC Store, an entity of Baadal Enterprises Private Limited, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Our straightforward policies are designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction throughout your journey with us. A product is only eligible for cancellation and refund under the following conditions: 

1. Order Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by the Customer:
  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@thehcacstore.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

b. Cancellation by The HCAC Store:

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Payment issues or non-confirmation of order

  • Incomplete or invalid shipping address

  • Fraudulent or suspicious order behavior

In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect and your return request is approved

  • If we are unable to fulfill or dispatch your order due to any unforeseen reason

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

b. Refund Process:
  • To request a refund, email us at support@thehcacstore.com within 2 days of delivery along with order details, photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief explanation.

  • Once approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Products returned without original packaging or in used condition

  • Products returned after the return window of 2 days from delivery
